Dosage Information

• Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water.

• Take a coin-sized amount of shampoo in your palm.

• Rub your hands together to create lather.

• Gently massage the shampoo into your scalp using your fingertips, focusing on the roots.

• Work the lather through the length of your hair.

• Rinse your hair thoroughly with water until all the shampoo is washed out.

• Follow up with conditioner if needed.

• Pat your hair dry with a towel. Avoid rubbing vigorously to prevent damage.
